On bord Explora II

A personal journey with Explora Journeys
Nothing compares to experiencing itfor yourself.

In June, I had the opportunity to step on board EXPLORA II for a study trip in the Mediterranean.

I had head so much about Explora Journeys, but nothing compares to discovering a ship, feeling its atmosphere, testing the services, and noticing the details... so I can advice my clients with complete confidence.

Here is my personal take on this experience.

A different way to experience the sea.

What struck me from the very first hours on board was the atmosphere.

This is not your classic cruise experience.
The spaces are elegant, contemporary and open to the sea, with a true sense of calm.
It(s easy to find a place for yourself, settle in, and take your time.

Here, you never feel you have to follow someone else's rhythm.

The feeling of being at home, at sea.

The suite contributes greatly to this feeling.
The light, the private terrace, the sea always in sight...

I loved coming back between two moments on board or after an excursion, sitting outside for a few minutes and simply taking it all in.

It's often these little moments that stay with you the most.

Gastronomy as part of the journey.

Dining plays a central role on board.

The different restaurants offer a variety of ambiances and cuisines throughout the trip, so you never feel like you're having the same experience every evening.

I pay close attention to this when I recommend a trip, because a dinner, a terrace, or just a drink at sunset can completely transform the memory of the day.

On EXPLORA II, these moments truly become part of the journey.

Who is EXPLORA II for?

I would particularly recommend it to travellers who love the sea but don't necessarly relate to the traditional cruise world.

To those who seek beautiful spaces, attentive service, refined gastronomy, and above all, a certain sense of freedom.

It's also a wonderful way to discover several destinations without changing hotels or multiplying transfers.

But as always, it depends on how each of us likes to travel.
That's exactly why study trips are so important to me.
